Yes but I recommend that you should only use your scooter on flat services for safety reasons. Is the scooter foldable? This scooter is not foldable. Can this scooter be used in the rain? I advise that you shouldn’t use it in the rain. Can you use it in London? Yes because when you purchase this scooter you can ride it anywhere but you need to check your local laws on electric scooters, current UK laws state that electric scooters are to be on private land only. Can this scooter be used manually when the battery goes flat also will it damage the motors or anything? Yes the Volt 120 can be used manually when the battery goes flat, if it runs out of battery when in use to get home for example. However as the scooter is quite heavy we would not recommend to use manually for the recreational use. Is it suitable for a 14yr old? Yes this is defently suitable for a 14yr old. Does the scooter have variable speed control? The twist’n’ go throttle on this scooter can be used control the acceleration, however this scooter does not have different speed settings.
